How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Items from our US-stocked partner brands (Gooby, NeoAlly, Jeffers) typically deliver in 3–5 business days. All other items typically arrive in 7–15 business days.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging. Start a return through our Contact page with your order number. See our full Refund Policy in the footer.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — all through Shopify's secure checkout.

My item arrived damaged or wrong — what now?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to ship anything back.
