Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, message us through our Contact page with your order number.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll get an email confirmation when it’s processed.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.
